Payment and Personalization Policy for HICCUPS & THREADS

Once HICCUPS & THREADS’ design details (names, initials, spelling, colors, etc.) have been created, they will be shared with the customer along with a quote. Once approved by the customer, payment is required to reserve your spot and start production.

Personalization & Spelling Policy:

HICCUPS & THREADS will embroider items exactly as provided by the customer.

Please carefully review all names, monograms, initials, dates, and wording submitted with your order before finalizing your purchase.

If an embroidery error occurs due to information submitted incorrectly by the customer (including spelling, initials, monogram order, dates, or other personalization details), every reasonable effort will be made to salvage or correct the item.

However, if the item cannot be successfully corrected and a replacement must be created, the customer will be responsible for the full cost of the replacement item and embroidery.

If an error is made by HICCUPS & THREADS, the item will be corrected or replaced at no additional charge.

HICCUPS & THREADS is now accepting orders to embroider on Customer-Provided Items 

At HICCUPS & THREADS, every item is embroidered with the utmost care and attention to detail. While every precaution is taken to ensure a beautiful finished product, embroidery is a permanent process.

Because customer-provided items cannot be replaced by Hiccups & Threads, we are unable to guarantee or reimburse for items supplied by the customer in the unlikely event of damage or an embroidery issue.
